About the position

n a role of Value Added Team Leader your main focus will be to further develop our Project and Solutions business on the Hungarian market focusing on our server and storage solutions.

Key functions

  • Working with target customers (Datacenter-class segment, Cloud Service Providers, Telecom Companies, Country Hosting
  • Providers, Financial sector) and supporting them in projects
  • Generate new business in public and private sector using existing and potential customer networks to achieve targets
  • Manage, develop and support a sales team of 3 to success
  • Plan, budget and quarterly revise the annual business plan and targets for Value added focus group, in cooperation with management
  • Determine sales strategy together with line and functional managers
  • Cascade and manage KPI and GP targets and tasks of team members and follow their realization
  • Collaborate effectively with HQ business line managers and the local GM
  • Be involved in selection and recruiting process of new subordinates
  • Roll up sleeves when needed, to be an active participant in team and business development

Qualification and skills

  • 4+ years experience in selling IT solutions focusing on servers and storage is a must
  • Experience in managing a small sales team to success
  • Knowledge of IT systems architectures (data center HW, SW)
  • Experience with governmental projects and partners
  • Experience in leading and closing large complex deals
  • Goal-oriented, results-driven with a strong desire to see tasks through completion
  • Presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good level of English and fluent Hungarian
